  1. How long will it take to receive my order?


Ans.
Once your order has been received, it will be processed between 5 to 7 business days. We do not ship on weekends (Friday to Sunday) and also we do not deliver on holidays. PLEASE ALLOW EXTRA TIME FOR CUSTOM ORDERS. Bikerspride.com cannot be held accountable for delayed orders due to holidays and/or inclement weather. The amount of transit time depends upon the shipping method chosen at checkout. Bikerspride.com will be in touch within 24 to 48 hours if your order is unavailable to discuss alternative arrangements.

  1. Can I return an item?

Ans. The Bikerespride.com will be happy to refund (non-custom products) or exchange the product within 14 days of purchase. Please read our RETURN policy for more information.

  1. Can I return a custom-made product?

Ans. Unfortunately, we cannot return custom-made products. All custom-made products are made when the order is placed. We will be happy to exchange a custom-made product for another item on our website within 14 days of purchase.

  1. Can I return an item I brought from your company at a past/previous bike rally?

Ans. Unfortunately, the Bikerspride.com cannot accept returns of merchandise purchased from previous bike rallies. The merchandise that is sold at events are event merchandise only and is separate from our products on our online store. An exchange can be made if you have the original receipt and if the product is unworn with original tags attached.

  1. What forms of payment does the Bikerspride.com accept?

Ans. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover for credit card payments as well as PayPal.

  1. Can I use more than one promo code or promotional sale on my order?

Ans. Unfortunately, we do not allow customers to use more than one promo code or promotional sale on a single order. Only one discount can be used per customer.

  1. I forgot to type in my promo code when I placed my order, can it still be applied?


Ans.
Unfortunately, we cannot apply promo codes after your order has been placed. If eligible, the promo code can be used on your next order.

  1. Can I order over the phone?


Ans.
Yes, you can! You may call or fax an order at (386) 492-5997.

 

  1. If I sign up for the newsletter, will I get spam?


Ans.
Not at all, we value our customer’s privacy and our company will only contact you. We do not disclose customer information to any third parties or sell our customer lists.
